The Ponycanyon releases of Ultima IV are pretty much identical for all systems, they all contain the 3rd generation type cloth map as well as fully translated manuals and come in the same flip-up plastic box. The 16 bit versions offer high resolution graphics (640x400) and excellent background music / sound fx.
