Description
Later Apple II distributions of Ultima V were released in the 'B' type boxes which had a black Origin logo on the lower left corner of the front cover (and the writing to the right) and a dark backside featuring 3 screenshots taken from the C64 version (fountain in a dungeon, Britanny Bay, battle scene).
